Happy Palm Sunday. Making good progress - I’m down 6lbs. Yay. It’s a beautiful, sunny day in So/Cal. Can’t wait to get outside and do some gardening & a nice local hike.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
