Usually I don't post anything and was just here to track my weight. My first weigh in was on Feb 15th at 236lbs. Was really disgusted at myself for getting to my highest weight I ever been. That day I decided to change my eating habits and try keto, why not right? I've struggled with my weight my entire life always known as the chubby kid. I've tried many diets and it's just never worked out for me. But today I've lost the most I've ever lost in this amount of time. All I can say is that keto has been working for me and if I can do it you can do it. If 1 person or 100 people read this and find even the smallest amount of motivation to better themselves then my post was well worth it. I still have a long way to go but I'm here to share my experiences and struggles with yall. Stay positive and keep pushing. We can do this!
