Keto every day.
Yesterday’s dinner: 4 breakfast sausage links, and some broccoli + cauliflower sautéed with avocado oil - it has a high smoke point so it’s excellent for that. Has a very neutral flavor.
Lunch yesterday was small, some coleslaw (Keto) and some cheese and sausage.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
