Happy Friday All!
Only down a tad. I figure my quick weight loss is the weight that I put on recently and maybe that’s why it came off so quick. We will see. I don’t normally lose weight at that fast pace. But, I can breathe in my fat clothes once again. Now, for the rest of the weight to come off so I can get into another size that I have in my closet...unless they are dry rot...it’s been forever!
I was reading some of my old posts where I mentioned that I named my scale Snarly. Lol! Let’s see how Snarly cooperates this trip around.
Not doing great on the challenge. I need to work on that, especially my fiber.
