aku lg mens trs jadi emosional bgt, nangis gara2 liat jurnal org lain turun bb 10kilo 4 bulan, sementara aku 3kg aja gaada padahal sama2 4 bulan😭 rasanya mau berenti, tapi pola makanku emg selalu begini wkwk jadi kaya gmn ya.. kaya hilang motivasi, mau berenti olahraga jg gabisa karena udh jadi kebiasaan. jadi yaudahlah ya, kita sedih dan meratapi nasib tapi harus tetap on track😭😭😭😂💪
