Hard work pays off. I have an Atkins coach who is a true friend and helping me to stay on track. I am a professed diet cheater, but with her help I have stayed on track with Atkins and lost 11 lbs. in 2 weeks. Yippeee!!!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
