a little loss is surprising considering I celebrated my bday this past weekend. I had sushi and some cake and some keto cupcakes plus pringles and basically whatever I wanted lol. proud of myself for still maintaining some loss, no matter how small.
104.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
