A itty bitty gain, but not terrible considering I was laid up on the couch with a heating pad all day yesterday. I just need to make sure to move a bit and eat wisely today, and I’ll be fine.
79.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
