Ok, I know it says my last weight was 223, but honestly on Monday it was 226, after Thanksgiving. That is the day I restarted my Atkins journey. I have a dear friend as a mentor through this who has lost 70 lbs over the past 10 months (she and I started the same time, I gave up and she kept going). I am blessed to have her help now. Anyway, stayed on track this week and lost 6 lbs. I like to weigh on Fridays, and am looking forward to my next weigh in. Yippee, so far this week 6 lbs lost.
