Tonight a Pizza!!!..Thin crust, low fat cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, kale, banana peppers, shrimp and chicken....Yeah yeah yeah under 600 calories. I'm guessing it's the cheese...I gained a pound 198.2😒
89.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
