💧🍅💩蜜露珂娜、益生菌
一大早起床就有上廁所,不知道是不是益生菌很有效,我也有努力喝水⋯從3-4天上一次廁所,現在雖然沒有天天,但進步到2天一次,覺得很開心😃
斷食到現在,體脂沒有太大的減少,體脂少1%左右,肌肉也掉了1公斤⋯飲食方面需要調整,控制碳水和脂肪,蛋白質要足夠,然後一星期大約2-3次20分鐘間歇,試試看到3月底,然後再觀察有沒有改善了!
