started on the slim in 6 weeks 1200 calorie a day for 6 days. Jan 23, 2010 started on a 1592 calories a day for a week then I will report in next week to weigh in
70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
