iya bener, jadi kalau pagi versi Ade Rai sarapan protein sama serat. karbo boleh setelahnya tapi.

@arlin_mulai mencoba tipsnya kak Ade...Alhasil perut gak gampang lapar..tp tetep makan untuk mencukupi target kalori hariannya..pagi sarapan 6 butir telur (2kuning) brokoli,daging bebek,...dikukus..sumpah bisa kenyang lama
