204斷食1個月挑戰:204斷食第18天(體脂31)
💧🍅蜜露珂娜、益生菌

雖然體重一直沒有降,但我還是要堅持下去,頑固的脂肪沒那麼容易打敗!突破盲腸之後體重一定可以順利再減少的!
