Hello. I’m new here. I started my journey on January 11th and am down 17 pounds so far.
I was thin all my life and ate whatever I wanted which was mostly pasta, pizza, and anything with cheese. When I was in my early 30’s I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer which was probably the reason my metabolism was so great my whole life. I had my thyroid gland completely removed and my life changed forever. I gained 30 pounds in one month and could no longer eat whatever I wanted without a consequence. Since then I’ve never been at a weight I felt comfortable with. I also have PCOS which I never felt affected my weight but maybe it did. 🤷‍♀️So now I’m here. I’m eating a reduced calorie diet, high protein and low carb. So far so good but definitely coming over slower than I’d like.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
