I kept the loss. Yippee. That put me at -5 for February. Much slower loss than my previous journey. Feeling in a rut this morning. I need to pick myself up. It doesn’t drop to 80 until sundown but I set my alarm to get me on my bicycle. I will likely have to wait till sundown everyday now that spring is sprung. Or get up early but I’m just kidding myself there. Today I must focus on hydrating. I see a tiredness in my face and neck. Maybe that is why I feel sad too Ok new weight mini goal (though it’s pretty big) 25# by the end of July. I’m averaging 5 a month so it is doable I think that will put me in “normal” BMI range.
