Funny, today I hit my projections from last week (sort of my de facto *goal* for the week) precisely. The projection was saying 243.6, and that's exactly what I hit this morning. Kind of funny. But, feels good.
Had a GREAT NIGHT last night. Went and saw an old friend. He was amazed by my weight loss. He said I am thinner now than he's ever known me. It felt fantastic. It was funny too that we got on the subject of how I'm having trouble seeing it in the mirror (as we've discussed with ClassicRocker, Wayne and so many other folks). So he did a kind of quiz, pulling out some old pictures of me from about 1997 or something, and asked if I thought I was thinner now or in the pictures. I said definitely the pictures, and he said nope. I'm thinner now. I still couldn't see it. It's so weird how that works.
Anyway, had a great time, had some BLT Pizza (and even snuck in a beer nugget or two) and still made my numbers. It was just a great time. Have to do that more often.
Anway, projections are showing I *should* hit my next mini-goal of 100 lbs lost this week. We'll see... crossing my fingers. I hope all is well with you folks!!! Take care.
