Yea, I did some HIIT by following YouTube videos to have a breakthrough from 3 weeks of stagnant at 86kg despite maintaining a dietary 500kcal deficit. There was no drop from 86kg despite achieving up to 1000kcal burnt on most days.
At the beginning of February I did a 6-day fasting and lost 5kg. I’m doing a 14-day starting tomorrow 😉
