多喝水2000💧水果🍌無糖🚫上廁所💩運動💪

尾牙、過年、吃到飽⋯該收心了
今天天看線所以沒胃口,正好不小心204斷食,那就繼續下去吧!第二階段再加強減肥⋯從168轉204⋯⋯能持續一個月嗎?持續一個月可以減至少3公斤嗎?
