204斷食1個月挑戰:204斷食第3天(體脂32)🍊💪

今天突然很想運動,大尖山步道⭐️挑戰,心跳133以上。
一週維持2-3次的30分鐘運動吧⋯去油變瘦更健康
63.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
