Hey all. Exercise saved me this week. I ate poorly over the weekend but made up for it with exercise. I've been too busy to eat exactly to the book but I've been trying to eat only the allowed foods. It seems, though, that since I'm exercising heavily, the amount of food I'm allowed to eat isn't very much. I find myself more and more hungry. It's a pain, but I'm surviving. This weekend being Memorial Day is going to be a pain, too. I'm also meeting some friends for dinner (which isn't really a problem). I'll have to be careful not to overdo it on Mem. Day, but I suppose I'll just make up for it with exercise again. Another mile running.. and they're getting easier, btw. :) \ Oh, I've set a goal to reach 230 by the 4th of July. We'll see if I make that. When I tell people they seem to think it's aggressive, but I think it's a reasonable goal. Hopefully I can do it since it'd be the lightest I've been in a while. With the hottest months yet to come it'd be nice to be more comfortable down at the lake. We live just blocks from the lake so we're down there often. That's yet another incentive for me.
