I don't know if I should be concerned or not.
Yesterday was a LONG day. I started work at 11am. I was on my feet, walking, standing and carrying stuff for almost 12 hours straight.
I never felt tired. I never felt hungry.
Is this a weird change my body is going through? Is it supposed to do this? I've never ACTIVELY tried to lose weight like I am right now. I feel like I'm exercising and sleeping and eating - all properly. I never feel deprived of anything...
I just hope the weight doesn't suddenly jump back up!
