My first week - lost 5 pounds! Have deliberately set my daily calorie target quite low, 600 calories below what is recommended. Will try to reduce my carbohydrate intake considerably but still have some. Need to spice up my salad intake. Am considering having more vegetarian meals to reduce fat intake too and to stop eating bread at lunchtime
