kemarin sempat stuck bbrapa hari, eh hari ini ternyata malah naik lgi dikit. setelah ngukur lingkar pinggang ternyata menyusut donk dari 84 cm ke 82 cm.. Alhamdulillah, I'm so happy.. the power of Workout..hehe
