腹筋動画5分
ワンハンドロウ5kg 15x4ずつ

スクワットで左の前腿を痛めてしまった様子で、昨日から歩くのも少し辛く、深くしゃがみ込めない。
なので今日のエクササイズは上半身のみ、ウォーキングもお休み。
49.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
