Woo hoo!!! Mini-goal achieved! Down 90 lbs!
Next mini-goal at 240 (down 100 lbs). Should be just before Thanksgiving! My mini-goals have gotten a bit weird, because I started off setting them at the big numbers: 300, 275, 250, 225, etc. But, because I started at 340, I added min-goals at big numbers off of that one: down 50, 75, 100 lbs., and so on. The good part about this is the mini-goals are only 10 or 15 lbs apart, but it ends up in kind of a strange pattern -- not quite even.
Oh well. So, looking forward to hitting the next one. I can sooooooo do this.
