I was able to get off some bloat yesterday. Drank lots of water and had protein shakes as meals. I need to get some more off before my out of town travel. I walked 3 miles Sunday. Yesterday my workout was walking back and forth from barn to burn barrel with feed bags. We received 4 inches of rain over past two weekends so trying to get the hundreds of cattle feed bags burned. husband told me to back truck to barn and load. Told him this was my workout today. Wished I had thought to turn on my Great Trainer app so I would know how far I did walk. Moved elliptical to livingroom so I workout now while family watching tv. Treadmill was too big to move. I can roll elliptical around easier.
