Must...Drink...MORE...Water!
That's what I'm starting this week. I may not even try to drink a certain amount a day, but just see how many ounces I can pound a day... I need to do SOMETHING to get this scale moving - and in the right direction! I just noticed today I have really slacked off on drinking enough water. So that's my new challenge to myself. Water-water-water! Wish me luck!
