2.8 kg lost, very pleased. Would have been even better if I didn't cheat Saturday AND Sunday but at least I know I can do it!!! This way I just need to lose 1/2 kg a week to reach my Birthday goal!
106.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
