iya, olahraga ternyata berperan cukup pentimg selain defkal, pernah semingguan gk olahraga krna lg mager poll walaupun ttp defkal...eh turunnya dikiiiiit bgt yg biasa seminggu 500gram ini cm 150gram 😅
