Okay so not sure what’s happening right now because I am doing everything that is told of me and following all measurements. I feel really discouraged right now because this is where I have been stuck at for two years.

The usual "generic" advice would be to make sure that you weigh ALL your food and that you record everything. it is easy to forget condiments, dressings and added fats for instance. Maybe also change up what you are doing... add more walks or other exercise or something. Hang in there!!! It will happen for you

Thank you guys I am changing up today I need to find out what’s stalling me and no condiments are eaten I pretty much measured everything and I don’t cook with any oils so let’s see if this helps. Thank you all so much 🤗
