The streak continues! Three solid fasting days, three days of weight loss. Feeling confident and determined. Fasting February is off to a pretty awesome start.
81.9 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
