Spent a few days...or a week...off track and not even accurately recording my intake, but I’m back now and re-committed. Meal planning, measuring/counting/weighing portions, and paying attention to the macros. Must avoid gluten and white starch! It tastes good in the moment but then I pay the price. Maintaining my exercise regime, but that has never been the problem. I’m disappointed that I undid months of work in a month of on/off indulgence (my weight was up more over the last few days but I didn’t record it), but I think I also needed it to regain motivation. Here I go!
