Masih malas masak. Jadi makan masakan rumah. makan pagi sama sore smoothies. Siang makan nasi 3 SDM, balado terong 4 potong, telur bulat 2 butir, Tahu panggang 3 pcs, tempe teri.
132 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
