Finally returning to diet!! New diet: -Season 2 of diet program-
•Breakfast: (6~7 am) 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of tea/coffee, 1-1/2 apple.
•Lunch: (1~2 pm) Salad, proteins from white meat/fish.
•Dinner: (7~8 pm) 1/2 banana / 1-1/2 apple, salad/vegetables
-no carbs, no read meat -10-20 min. workout a day
^till 10 April^ goal: -15 kg 55kg > 40kg
