So I'm at that point now where I'm "starting over" but it really feels like I'm continuing. I've learnt so much about my body, myself , what works and what doesn't.
My first attempt at my weight loss journey saw me constantly starving, losing muscle and feeling weak. The second time around however was much more healthier and sustainable I however overdid the working out and this led to an injury that effectively got me to the point where I was afraid of working out(Yikes, I know)
And so Here I am a few kgs higher and determined to walk the path once more. Here's to a healthy and happy 2021..One month at a time.😊
