I weight everyday. Ive been going up and down.
Cant figure if im eating too many carbs in a day or not enough.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Up and down is not unusual. It looks like you are losing in the long run and that is what your are looking for

Really? Its been 14 days. Im strictly keto. Majorly in ketosis. But i do not exercise. I hate it. Always have. I cant say that im hungry at all. The butter and cheese make everything taste great. I eat Kiss My Keto bread and its been a miracle!

I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and some grain but I try to keep the starchy whites to a minimum. (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes)
