hari ini turun 0.3 kilo gram kmrn kalori ku pas 1200 tapi g pk olahraga....lalu sempet terbngun lagi sibocah malam malam
62.4 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
