During the summer my calorie balance was poor with increased intake and avg spend reduced to below 3000. I ended up with 21000 calorie surplus over 4 months and of course almost 3 kg more. Now started again to set minimum calories burn goals and try to keep my calorie under 2100 per day
My basic consumption has gone down considerably
