nimbang krn merasa perut ko kempesan😁😁😁 pake jam makan 8 jam dr jam 9 pagi stop jm 5 sore itu beneran loh ngaruh,sm jalan 15 menit dl..blm kuat jln 45 menitnya tya..semoga konsisten!!!
