Day 4

Yesterday was not so great. I stayed on my diet not a problem. But I got a bad case of the stomach flu. Good news is I lost 3lbs. I am now in the 1's again. 200's see you never again. Due to this flu I am at home munching on baby carrot watching TMZ. Yes TMZ, if i can't eat junk i will at least watch it on t.v. :)

88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 27.2 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Hope you feel better soon. Stomach flu and eating carrots, now that is something I never heard of before, haha :) Glad to hear you are staying on track.
