I didn’t weigh. I’m away from home and of course I didn’t bring the scale. 3-4 beers each night. Need to get away and just relax so I accept what it brings. My calories are on the rise so I to know need to half my portions and see how it goes from there. No beers tomorrow or tues. it will work out I’m hopeful because I haven’t had sugar or white starchy food.
