Took 3 more oxy after the 16 at 3am. BMs but stomache still slighlty bloated so not going to be gone by tomorrow, depressing. I wanna eat but as soon as I do my stomache gets worse but ended up eating shit today anyway. Prob has a lot to do with hormones during mid period too. Took 16 oxy tonight too.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
