Day 3


This has got to be the most exciting time of my life. Last night I went to the gym and kicked butt. I worked out on the elliptical machine for an hour and a half burning just about 700 calories. My caloric intake yesterday was only around 600. This is the first time since doing a “diet” I have been able to accomplish burning more than I’ve eaten for the day. And to add a cherry on top, I drank about 12.5 glasses of water. Me losing weight would just be an added bonus right now. Because right now I feel energized and ready to have another grand slam of a day. Me losing weight isn’t even the first thing on my mind for the first time in a long time. Yessssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Becareful about going too low on the caloric intake. Your body needs the calories to keep your metabolism going. If you go to low too frequrently, you can get the opposite effect and not lose or even gain. Don't go below 1000, especially when working out. Great job on the loss.
