Good luck! I hope it works. I have heard 1/2 your body weight in oz is the amount of water you should consume. I know I don't lose as much when I don't drink enough. And I don't believe it's "water weight" because I did not lose 15lbs in swelling! lol! Anyways, good for you for taking a big step. Committing time, energy and especially money is telling yourself you're going to take this seriously. Good for you!
