Was sick during night, stomache hurt from eating so much so tried to make myself puke, Stopped horse chestnut today as its not working. Stomache big and not happy. Done hcg too. Was going to do apple day but was already so weak and felt like passing out so couldn't do it.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
