Not sure if I am taking in enough calories (don't know the calories of the meals my wife made thru Trim Healthy Mamma), but I'm pretty much sticking to that plan (carb cycling) and mixing it with intermittent fasting (not breaking my fast 'til noon and trying not to eat past 8pm).
