Just starting the insanity workout today. Did the Fit Test. I felt like I was going to pass out. My legs are sore. I am hoping that this will get me into shape and shed a few lbs.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
