Started fatburners yesterday again at 6/day and only slept like 1 1/2 hours last night then chest pain during workout this morning to better start at 4/day.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
