Got rid of some water weight I held onto.
Feeling a little better knowing I did not pick up 5kg from the holidays.
Still have a lot of work to do. Feeling motivated to get the food tracking and weight loss going!!
You can do it!
To better food choices and no binge eating.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
